finished my book in the morning

never ever read a book within 48 hours

the story is complete then I made some

very nice banana pancakes and I was just

finishing the pancakes

we're big school dolphin's came to the

super would say the load first it looks

like they were hunting pretty much they

had breakfast I guess but after a while

they start playing on the bow and I did

a couple nice shots about it

yeah now I decided to fire up the engine

to heat up some water so I would have a

shower I'm pretty much passing the 38th

latitude

maybe's later this evening or in the

night and this marks pretty much the

middle of the passage from Honolulu to

Kodiak so I think it's time to get clean

and it's it's not getting warmer it's

getting colder every day it's it's it's

actually nice now but it's overcast I'm

very close to the center of the Pacific

hi my barometer shows 10:40 I haven't

been into into high pressure like this

before I mean I don't feel any different

like my

system or blood pressure or whatever the

the seas pretty calm here I mean

it's

a big waves there's a little swell

coming from the southeast

could see very clearly where the

dolphins played in the waves

Monday again I left last Monday

had a rough start with

and I didn't feel well first two days

then I went down into the engine room

when I got seasick I had to clean the

bill there was again these are coming

from my starboard thing I don't figure

that's the reason why I found not really

well before I just figured out this I

sing I kind of poisoned myself with

dirty water

I had my drinking bottle and I fill it

up a little water in shake it and just

spread out so that's the only cleaning I

did and it actually smelled a little

rough

so I cleaned it the second day the third

day I was on the water there was so

seasick and because I'm drinking out of

it all the time

I just put lemon in lemon juice and

water

I feel better right away so pretty much

my own fold I guess let's learn

I really enjoy it on

today I had a couple of friends around

here swimming in the water showing me

other tricks and doing fast vertical

turns in the water in front of the bow

surfing's about wave

today there's actually right now I don't

miss anything

today is made of two TFI four weeks then

she will be back on the boat and I can

share my experience with her again

July for months I haven't been alone for

such a long time at all

I think in my life

especially not recently now or never I

mean I grew up with my brother and his

sister and lots of friends and

had good friends pretty much all the

time

so I never been never spent so much time

on my own

or and I mean I like it it's it's it's a

different experience and I learned a lot

about myself I'm think I'm a

a slightly different person

it is actually very nice not to be

responsible

for anybody or take care of anybody or

you know step back for anybody I can do

what I want to do at pretty much every

moments

I'm here if I want to eat pizza in the

middle of the night I just make pizza in

the middle of night I could do this

before but I have a sort of Oh

when I wanted pancakes in the morning I

waited until Rebecca did sir for me

sometimes you know this took maybe

couple days so we feel like pancakes or

whatever we didn't have the right stuff

here and this morning I woke up finished

a book and thought about pancakes

because yesterday I tried to play banana

pancakes from Jack Johnson and this was

somewhere here banana pancakes so I just

stood up grab the stuff and mate it

10 minutes not 10 minutes 30 minutes

later I had the first banana pancake on

my plate

yummy banana pancakes there's nothing

better in the morning than a banana

thinking so then I tell you it doesn't

hurt to do them on your own

it's it is just I don't know it's

different like I can't really explain it

it's just different

I mean you get used to your situation

and if you don't spend too much time in

the kitchen then you think you don't

belong there or you just don't feel

comfortable there you know you just

don't be there and now

I be everything I want I need I have to

want but you always have to be a little

you know just having Tchaikovsky in the

morning Rebecca would have Fuli to have

this melancholic music it's really kind

of depressed me we had a grey morning

I felt so little and so weak and too
